- Morning/Afternoon: Arrive at Cancun International Airport and transfer to our expedition basecamp. Get settled and breathe calmly – welcome back to nature.
- Evening: Welcome ceremony. Introduction to the place, people, and what to expect over the next eight days.

- Morning: We start with the breathwork session to learn more about conscious breathing and how it will expand your experience in the upcoming days.
- Afternoon: Visit an abandoned hotel that was turned into an eco-tourism center, regenerating 200 hectares of mangroves between the coast and the city.
- Evening: Sound healing ceremony.

- Morning: For Mayas, cenotes are sacred. So let's start our day by going on a sacred journey to some of the most beautiful and inspiring underground rivers on the planet!
- Afternoon: Discover the magic and significance of mangroves with a boat ride through the pristine lagoons of Sian Ka'an.
- Evening: Reflective session by the jungle pool's edge, discussing insights about water and life.

Today, we are going behind the scenes of the world.
For real.
You will meet real-life superheroes and villains,
and get to know many things that we will keep away from the public.
It will be tough, but it will be okay at the end of the day.

Fire will become our day of purification after meeting the Underworld.

– Morning: we go on a long journey to see Ich Kool, also known as milpa, a traditional slash-and-burn Mayan agroforestry technique.
We will learn about resilience and regeneration, and taste some of the most amazing meals you'll find in Riviera Maya!
– Evening: Fire ceremony and temazcal – a traditional Mesoamerican sweat lodge to feel reborn.

Today, you will see all the beauty and gifts of Nature.

– Morning: We will go to the forest, led by a botanist, to learn about amazing plants that grow in Yucatan, and animals that live in their shade.
– Evening: Plant medicine ceremony.

Today is the day to connect the dots and see into the past, present, and future. The program for this day is intentionally kept blank, but we will offer you some ideas on the spot, and they are not gonna be random.

- Morning: Closing ceremony and farewell brunch. Prepare for departure with renewed energy and insights.
- Afternoon: Transfer to Cancun International Airport for departure.
